Our Adventure Education department provides programs for adults and youth from businesses, non-profits, faith-based organizations, schools, sports teams, and more. We regularly serve groups from 10 to 200 in our half-day, full-day, or multi-day programs.

Our professionally-trained instructors will design a program that helps your team achieve outcomes in communication, interpersonal reflection, leadership, teamwork, and more. Ground-Based Initiatives

Ground Based Initiatives are teambuilding challenges that focus more on planning, problem solving, and creative thinking – rather than physical ability.

Low Challenge Courses

Our low challenge courses include a range of activities and complex problems where teams are challenged both mentally and physically while traversing obstacles. Obstacles may be on the ground or above the ground up to 10 ft.

High Challenge Adventures

Our high challenge activities include the Alpine Tower, Climbing Tower, Pamper Platform, High Woozy, Canoe Orienteering, Adventure Race, Raft building, Ziplining, and more.

A History of Innovation

In the 1980s and 1990s, Bradford Woods was on the cutting edge of developing facilitated outdoor experiences for teams, organizations, and other groups designed to improve their ability to work together. While we've stayed true to many of the values and programs developed in this era (your team can still enjoy raft building on the lake), we are also dedicated to continuing to innovate our programs and uphold our reputation as a national leader in outdoor education.
