Now hiring for summer positions
Every year, Bradford Woods hires summer staff for our nationally-acclaimed camps for children and adults with physical disabilities and chronic illnesses. In partnership with Riley Children’s Foundation and other non-profit agencies serving youth, we offer campers a traditional summer camp experience in an outdoor setting. A variety of 12-week, paid positions (including cabin staff, lifeguards, leadership team, and program staff) are available and employment runs from late May to early August.
2025 Summer Camp Counselor, Multiple Positions
Our camp counselor positions consist of a 12-week summer seasonal session working with our medical camps. Room and board is included during camp. Positions include lifeguards, music staff, nature staff, creative arts staff, cabin staff, leadership team members, and program staff.
Outdoor Education
Outdoor Instructor and Program Specialist positions are available in the spring, summer, and fall. This is a 12-week seasonal position with room and board included. Our staff primarily teaches our environmental education curriculum, but will facilitate adventure education and teambuilding programs as well.
Nurses
We're always looking for nurses to join us for weekend or week-long sessions of camp. If you're interested, contact Amran Ahman at amahmad@iu.edu or Heather Bowns at hbowns@iu.edu.
