In addition to the two bedrooms, Baxter Cottage has a pull-out couch, allowing for additional sleeping accommodations. Baxter Cottage has two restrooms and a kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, utensils, and dishwasher. Linen sets can be added at an additional cost.
