Thank you for your patience as we worked to find a way forward about postponing Maple Syrup Day. Unfortunately, we are canceling this year's event.

Another public event will be held on Saturday, November 8 that will include some of our Maple Syrup Day activities. Stay tuned for more information!

Additionally, an online silent auction will be held on Facebook from Monday, April 28–Monday, May 5. More information and instructions on how to bid are coming soon!

Help us celebrate the spirit of giving and the season of syrup!

Join us for a day of family fun as we follow the journey of maple syrup from tree to table. Maple Syrup Day is a community event including a free pancake breakfast with the option of purchasing jumbo cinnamon rolls.

This event also features an in-person silent auction where you can bid on as many items as you would like. Last year's auction featured family-friendly packages, great gifts for loved ones, tools, homemade quilts, and so much more.

Syrup stations

Maple Syrup Day features three syrup stations: Identify, Tap, and Boil. Visit the stations to learn how to identify maple trees, how to tap trees to collect sap, and how to boil the sap and turn it into syrup! During this experience, you truly follow the process of maple syrup from tree to table.

We're looking for local organizations and businesses to either sponsor Maple Syrup Day or donate an item to be included in our silent auction. If you have items that you can donate, please email Nicholas at nyhunter@iu.edu.

Organizations can sponsor at our Amber ($250) or Gold ($500) levels.
