Eclipse in The Woods

Looking for somewhere to stay during the total solar eclipse? Escape into "The Woods" for a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Located 30 minutes away from both Indianapolis and Bloomington, our 2,500-acre property offers the serenity of nature and clear views of the sky.

Guests can also experience outdoor recreations like ziplining, fishing, canoeing, and participating in a stream/aquatic life program. You can find the schedules below and note that they are subject to change.

Bradford Woods is a gated private property and is only open to guests with reservations. 

Experience Packages

Our eclipse event features all-inclusive packages, so you don't need to worry about meals, recreation, sleeping accommodations, or linens - we have you covered! Linens include a top and fitted sheet, blanket, pillow and pillow case, washcloth, and bath towel.

The experiences offered are one or two nights. Two-night reservations are April 7th-9th and one-night reservations are April 8th-9th. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Recreations happen from 9:00am-1:00pm on Monday and are open house style. Note that our zipline has an age and weight limit. Guests must be over the age of 8 to participate; weight varies based on body type and harness size. Generally, our harnesses are well suited for guests up to 300lbs.

Reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is due within 24 hours (48 on weekends) after receipt of reservation confirmation, which will be sent via email. Payment is non-refundable and must be paid by card. We are unable to accept checks for this event.

 

Chromosphere Experience

This experience is booked per cabin for both our Lilly and Baxter Villages. These traditional camp cabins sleep up to 18 people. These cabins include large sleeping areas, a day room, and communal restrooms. Lilly Village consists of 4 cabins and Baxter Village has 6 cabins.

Path of Totality Experience

This experience includes Agape Lodge as the overnight accommodation. This is a family-style cabin that sleeps up to 17 people in six separate bedrooms. This cabin also includes a kitchen, dining area, living area, and two semi-private restrooms.
